The Upper Trinity Groundwater Conservation District (District) will hold a series of public meetings to answer questions and accept comments in regards to proposed changes to District Rules. The meetings will be held at:

A quorum of the District’s Board of Directors will not be present at these meetings. However, members of the Board from the respective counties along with District staff will be present to answer any questions and receive feedback. Comments may be presented verbally or in written form; persons interested in submitting written comments on the proposed amendments may do so by sending any such comments to P.O. A copy of the proposed permanent District Rules may be requested by email at, available for reviewing or downloading at, and may be reviewed, inspected, or a free copy obtained in person at the District office located at 1859 West Highway 199, Springtown, Texas 76082.


The District will hold a Public Hearing regarding the proposed changes to District Rules in conjunction with our regular Board meeting at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, November 19 at the District Office located at 1859 West HWY 199, Springtown, TX  76082.
