The Upper Trinity Groundwater Conservation District (the “District”) is a groundwater conservation district created by the Texas Legislature in 2007.  The District’s mandate is to conserve, protect, and enhance all groundwater resources within Hood, Montague, Parker, and Wise Counties, Texas. The District’s Board of Directors is now considering building a permanent facility for the District’s office. In accordance with its statutory authority, the District hereby invites you to submit a Statement of Qualifications leading to the possible award of a contract for architectural or engineering design services, as further described herein, for the development of a new District office facility.
